About us

Lowland Vegetables are based in Naivasha, Kenya, in the Rift Valley. It farms 750 hectares using centre-pivot irrigation to grow French Beans, Garden Peas, Tender Stem Broccoli and Courgettes to supply some of the biggest British supermarket chains; Sainsbury, Waitrose and Tesco's. Whilst also growing potatoes, cabbages and cereals for the Kenyan Market. Lowland Vegetables prides itself on the use of machinery rather than people which helps to ensure that it is the largest independent vegetable producer in East Africa.
